What to Expect from the Experience

During this role play, you’ll step into the role of a senior leader navigating ambiguity, competing priorities, and challenging stakeholder conversations—mirroring real-world leadership situations.

Through two immersive, interactive conversations, this ApriCOT Roleplay provides a window into three critical leadership capabilities:

🤝 Collaboration & Influence How you align stakeholders, manage differing perspectives, and build commitment without relying on authority.

💻 Digital Mindset How you interpret information, use data cues, and leverage digital thinking to improve outcomes.

🚀 How to Get Started

1. 🔐 Log in to Begin Please use your full name and official company email address. This enables us to share your personalised leadership competency report, which will be sent to you within 48 hours of completing the role play. Personal email IDs are not supported. Reports are shared only with participants who complete the full experience.

2. 🎯 One Sitting. One Complete Experience Please complete the role play in one uninterrupted sitting. A quiet environment and focused attention will help surface your most authentic leadership responses. For the best experience, we recommend using a laptop or desktop.

3. 🧞 Meet ApriCOT You’ll interact with ApriCOT, which will appear as different workplace stakeholders throughout the simulation. Apricot responds dynamically to your inputs and adapts the conversation flow—so take time to think and respond as you would in a real leadership situation.

4. ⏳ Take Your Time (Within Limits) Each conversation is time-bound. Pause, reflect, and respond thoughtfully—your reasoning and approach matter as much as your final answers. The full experience takes approximately 35–40 minutes.

5. 🚪 Early Exit (Not Recommended) You may exit the role play at any point if required. However, completing the full simulation provides the most meaningful insights and a comprehensive view of your leadership capabilities.

6. 🚫 Keep It Authentic This is your leadership moment. Please do not use external help, reference material, or AI tools (including ChatGPT) during the role play. Responses are checked for originality to ensure fair, accurate, and authentic insights.

7. 🌐 Internet Disruptions If your internet connection drops briefly, your conversation will auto-save. However, once the browser window is closed or the session is ended, the role play cannot be resumed.
